Refund policy

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt.
In the event item(s) were ordered by error, shipped in error, need
to make any changes, or received a factory damage, Joh Apparel
must be contacted within seven (7) days strictly from the delivered
date.

Unless otherwise approved, customers are responsible for return shipping using their preferred carrier, with signature required.

All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to fifteen
percent (15%) of the original invoice value of the item. 
There is no restocking charge if the item(s) was shipped to you by error or
has natural factory damage. The restocking fee is also waived if you would like store credit or an exchange. 
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original Joh Apparel hang tags
attached. There should be no writing or stickers on the hangtags.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Please email CustomerSupport@Johapparel.com to request for a return
authorization.

All items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable.

For all FINAL SALE ITEMS we will issue Store Credit ONLY.

REFUNDS:
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
Original shipping charges, duties or tax if applicable are
nonrefundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for
returning the merchandise, unless it is a factory damage or
shipped in error by Joh Apparel.
